All of the inspections performed by The Phillips Group are completed by ICBO Certified Building Inspectors. The Phillips Group also brings to the equation its knowledge of the role that Building Officials play in the building inspection process. The company President and other key managers have served as Building Officials, and bring that perspective to the work.

The Company provides regular inspections of structures during construction for compliance with all of the applicable adopted building regulations, as directed by the Chief Building Inspector.
